1. If your phone memory is insufficient (smaller than 10%), you cannot receive a multimedia message.

Solution: Delete unnecessary files to release your phone memory. The available memory should be larger than 10%.

2. If data service is disabled, you are unable to send or receive multimedia messages.

Solution: Touch > Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks. Touch to select Data enabled.
