Connect the mobile phone to the PC and go to My Computer, and click Mobile Partner CD driver

Click drivers.

Click usbnet_driver_win2k_xp.

Click the Download ActiveSync shortcut. After you have connected to the website, follow the instructions to download the ActiveSync software.

Connect the mobile phone (SIM\USIM card inserted) to the PC.

Touch Settings > Wireless & networks > Tethering & portable hotspot > USB tethering.
