Apple has not released official clock speeds for the A8 processor found in the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
Leaked benchmarks point to a dual-core 64-bit A8 processor running at 1.4 GHz. This is faster compared to the A7 processor in the iPhone 5s, which clocks 1.3 GHz.
Apple has stated that the iPhone 6 is up to 50 times faster than the original iPhone.
