Depends on what you like. iPhone 5s has a fingerprint scanner, it's faster due to a new M7 chip, and its camera is improved very much. The iPhone 5c is cheaper and is basically the iPhone 5 but in a new shell. If you want a really nice device and don't mind the price, the iPhone 5s is for you. If you still want a fast phone that will turn heads at a better price I suggest the iPhone 5c.
