Most telephone numbers in Saudi Arabia have 9 digits and are written in the format of "AA SSS SSSS". Here are some examples: 11 525 0000; 92 002 6888.
When dialing locally inside Saudi Arabia, the long distance prefix of "0" is required. So the format becomes "0 AA SSS SSSS".
When dialing from outside of Saudi Arabia, the international dial-in prefix "+966" is required. So the format becomes "+966 AA SSS SSSS".
