Most telephone numbers in Iran have 10 digits and are written in the format of "AA SSSS SSSS". Here are some examples: 21 5567 8392; 21 5537 2391.
When dialing locally inside Iran, the long distance prefix of "0" is required. So the format becomes "0 AA SSSS SSSS".
When dialing from outside of Iran, the international dial-in prefix "+98" is required. So the format becomes "+98 AA SSSS SSSS".
When dialing from Iran to other countries, the international dail-out prefix "+" or "00" required.
