Most telephone numbers in Singapore have 8 digits and are written in the format of "SSSS SSSS". Here are some examples: 6595 6868; 9184 8888.
When dialing locally inside Singapore, the long distance prefix of "0" is required. So the format becomes "0 SSSS SSSS".
When dialing from outside of Singapore, the international dial-in prefix "+65" is required. So the format becomes "+65 SSSS SSSS".
