On your iPhone, open the "Settings" menu. Once there, scroll down and select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars."
At the top of this page, you'll see the option called "Add Account…" Select that.
The next page shows you a list of types of e-mail accounts. Select "Microsoft Exchange."
Note: The iPhone only supports one Microsoft Exhange e-mail account, so if you're already using this for another e-mail account (such as a corporate Outlook e-mail account), you cannot setup Google Sync.
