What is the Phone Number Format in Cambodia?

Most phone numbers in Cambodia are written in the following formats:

Most telephone numbers in Cambodia have 8 digits and are written in the format of "AA SSS SSS". Here are some examples: 63 964 490; 12 519 719.

When dialing locally inside Cambodia, the long distance prefix of "0" is required. So the format becomes "0 AA SSS SSS".

When dialing from outside of Cambodia, the international dial-in prefix "+855" is required. So the format becomes "+855 AA SSS SSS".

When dialing from Cambodia to other countries, the international dail-out prefix "+" or "00x" required.
