A

When you travel to another country or region with your mobile phone and want to use it to make phone calls, you should remember the following rules:

1. Your friends can still call your phone number in the same way as if you were still in your home country or region. The mobile network will connect the call to your phone using a local carrier where you are stay at.

2. You need to use the international phone number format when calling your old friends back in your home country or region. For example, you are from United States traveling in United Kingdom and your old friend Bill has a phone number of "305 889-2373", you need to dial "+1 305 889-2373" with your United States cell phone while you are in United Kingdom.

3. You can use the national phone number format when calling your new friends in the country or region you are stay in. For example, you are from United States traveling in United Kingdom and your new friend Dave has a phone number of "+44 20 7183 8750", you can dial "0 20 7183 8750" with your United States cell phone while you are in United Kingdom.

Note that your carrier may charge you additional roaming fees for taking calls and placing calls. Check your wireless service plan first before taking incoming calls.
