If you wear your FitPro device while sleeping, your sleeping hours will be automatically download to your cell phone. You can follow these steps to view sleeping hours history.

1. Open FitPro app on your cell phone. You will see the FitPro home screen.

3. Tap on the sleeping hour widget on the home screen. You will see the sleeping hours history of last night as a colored bar.

4. Tap on date navigation arrows to view the same information for dates.
