Pair your phone with another device that has Bluetooth.
In the App list, tap People People tile, and then find and tap the contact you want to share.
Tap More More icon > Share contact > Share Share icon > Bluetooth.
On the Choose Bluetooth device screen, tap the name of the device you want to share with.
On the receiving device, have your friend accept the file.
