When you set up a Facebook or Microsoft account (such as Outlook.com) on your phone, your profile picture from one of these social networks also becomes your profile picture on your phone.
You can change this picture and update your Facebook and Microsoft account profile pictures at the same time.
On Start, tap Me, and then tap your existing profile picture.
Tap your picture again.
Find the picture that you want to use, and then tap it. (If you'd like to take a new one, tap Camera Camera icon. Take the picture, then tap Accept or Retake.)
Move the picture around to adjust the cropping. When you're happy with how it looks, tap Crop Crop icon.
If you don't want to update your picture on all the social networks on your phone, tap Post to, select or clear the check box next to each one, and then tap Done
