Before you can add a card to buy apps, games, music, and videos in the Windows Phone Store, you'll need to sign in on your phone with a Microsoft account. To learn more, see Microsoft account.
In the App list, tap Wallet Wallet Tile.
On the All pane, tap Add Add icon, and then tap Credit or debit.
Select the Set up card for app and music purchases check box and tap Next.
Enter your card info and tap Next. Your card will be added to your Microsoft account to buy apps, games, music, and more in the Windows Phone Store.
Your phone will search for an app from your bank (or card issuer) that's compatible with Wallet for Windows Phone. If it finds one, tap it to install the app and link it to your card. The app will regularly update your Wallet with account info such as account balance, transaction history, and more.
