Payment cards that are set up on your Microsoft account for app and music purchases can't be deleted directly from your phone. If you see an "Additional action required" error after trying to delete a card, try the following:
Go to https://commerce.microsoft.com and sign in using the same Microsoft account you use on your phone.
Click Payment options, and then click the card you want to delete.
Click Remove, and then follow the instructions to delete your card.
Go back to your phone. In Wallet, tap More More icon, and then tap Refresh.
This will sync your Wallet cards with your Microsoft account. When it's finished, you'll see "Attention required" near the card in your Wallet.
Tap and hold the card, and then tap Delete.
