Why does my new Samsung vibrant not have avatar the movie on it? The picture is there but no file.

if you want the phone to have Avatar on your new SD card, then Cut and past the Avatar movie from your original sd card to your new (and I assume bigger) sd card. the movie will work flawlessly after that.
